Joel on software

I’d like to post an interesting article of Joel Spolsky (www.joelonsoftware.com) about a system for measuring how good a software team is. Well, I think that, although he says that it is an esoteric system, It’s a really good point to start in order to evalualte a team. I’m impressioned from the fact that company like microsoft runs at 12 full time ! Most software organization are running with a score of 2 or 3. Our goal (as a software engineers) is to improve this score. This site contains several food for thought … Enjoy the reading !
